Your Role
As an AI-Driven Junior DevOps Engineer with Capgemini, you will support development teams in building, deploying, and operating secure and reliable cloudbased solutions, leveraging AI across the development lifecycle to accelerate innovation and deliver value at scale. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will gain handson experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and automation while contributing to reusable platforms and modern DevOps practices.
In this role you will:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps services, GitHub, or Jenkins.
- Assist development teams with building, testing, and deploying applications and platform components in Azure or AWS environments.
- Contribute to provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure, following security, reliability, and costawareness best practices.
- Participate in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) activities using Terraform and Ansible, updating existing modules and automation scripts under supervision.
- Help troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues in collaboration with DevOps and Cloud teams.
- Work closely with experienced engineers, taking part in technical reviews, knowledgesharing sessions, and continuous learning activities.
Your Profile
- 0 - 2 years of handson experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation roles
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
- Handson exposure (academic, lab, or early professional experience) to Azure DevOps or AWS DevOps tools, as well as GitHub and/or Jenkins.
- Foundational knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services) and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python), Linux environments, or DevSecOps concepts is considered a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in an international and multicultural DevOps or cloud engineering environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of French will be a strong differentiator.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
