Your role

As a Junior, you will support the endtoend contract lifecycle for licensing agreements and amendments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Working closely with Licensing, Legal, and Finance teams, you will gain handson experience in contract preparation, review, and tracking within a collaborative and fastpaced environment that supports professional growth.

Your tasks

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing standard contracts, amendments, and related documentation under supervision.
  • Maintain and update contract databases, track issues, and support preparation of internal reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required documentation, approvals, and follow up on resolutions.
  • Provide administrative support, participate in team meetings, and support process improvement initiatives.

Your profile

  • Bachelors degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Finance, Law preferred).
  • German or French at Grade B2 or higher, English at Grade B2; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; initial knowledge or experience in contract administration is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of contract management principles and legal terminology, as well as previous experience in customer service, service delivery, contract administration, or a related field, are considered an asset.
