Your Role

  • Gather and document integration requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Mexico and downstream teams to ensure alignment on delivery goals.
  • Track risks, actions, dependencies, and integration readiness activities.
  • Support end-to-end testing and validation of integrations across the business ecosystem.
  • Ensure production readiness and successful adoption of HTS-related changes.

Your Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Integration-related roles.
  • Experience documenting requirements, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of integration processes, dependencies, and end-to-end testing practices.
  • Understanding of Trade Finance, HTS, or financial services processes is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Exposure to enterprise integration projects and API-enabled ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
