YOUR ROLE
- Manage and maintain NetApp storage environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer SAN and NAS infrastructures (iSCSI, NFS, SMB), optimizing capacity and system efficiency.
- Configure, operate, and optimize Commvault backup and recovery solutions.
- Monitor storage and backup infrastructure to ensure stability, reliability, and proactive issue detection.
- Provide Level 3 support, resolving complex incidents and maintaining accurate, uptodate technical documentation.
YOUR PROFILE
- Masters degree in Information Technology or related field, with 5 and 10 years in a similar role.
- Strong experience in storage administration, ideally with NetApp technologies.
- Solid knowledge of backup environments, especially Commvault.
- Good understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and customeroriented.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and document effectively.
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in French and good command in English.
