Roles & Responsibilities

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to spearhead strategic EAM and APM transformation initiatives for Energy & Utility clients. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM solutions, coupled with strong domain experience in asset-intensive industries, maintenance and reliability management, and digital asset transformation.

This person will

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM solutions.
  • Define and execute EAM/APM transformation roadmaps aligned to business and operational goals.
  • Architect solutions spanning Asset Lifecycle Management, Maintenance, Work Management, Reliability, Inventory, and Field Service operations.
  • Drive integration of EAM platforms with ERP, GIS, SCADA, IoT, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives focused on predictive maintenance, asset reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Govern solution architecture, deployment, quality reviews, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT leadership teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Provide technical mentorship and strategic leadership to delivery teams across large-scale transformation programs.

Our Ideal Candidate

They will have 20-25 years of experience in IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelors degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
