Your role

The Global Process Owner (GPO), Talent Acquisition is accountable for the design, governance and continuous improvement of global Talent Acquisition processes for our client. The role will work with key client stakeholders, incl. the Global Talent Acquisition Director and will be a key point of contact for new projects and operational challenges around recruitment. The role ensures that recruitment and hiring processes are efficient, scalable, compliant and consistently applied, while enabling highquality hiring outcomes across client regions and business units.

A key role in the Advisory Hub and working in close partnership with client People (HR) leaders, Centres of Excellence, the Advisory Hub, Org Health analysts and delivery teams, the GPO ensures that Talent Acquisition processes are informed by data, aligned to business strategy, and supported by clear standards, controls and measures.

Your tasks

  • Own the global endtoend Talent Acquisition process from demand to onboarding handoff
  • Define and maintain global Talent Acquisition standards, policies and documentation
  • Ensure process consistency, clarity and compliance across regions, with agreed local variations
  • Lead Talent Acquisition process design and continuous improvement using data and user feedback
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities and translate them into actions
  • Establish and operate global governance, including change control and issue management
  • Act as the global process owner and key contact for Talent Acquisition within CG
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams, HR CoEs, technology teams and vendors
  • Ensure HR systems effectively support Talent Acquisition processes and user experience
  • Define and monitor global Talent Acquisition KPIs and performance
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders

Your profile

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations and HR transformation or process ownership roles within a complex, global organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience owning or designing endtoend HR processes at global scale.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operating models, controls and metrics.
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms supporting recruitment and hiring.
  • Proven ability to operate governance, manage senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrix environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and insight to inform process improvement.
  • Confident communicator, able to translate complex process concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
