About your team :

The Resourcing and Talent Team sits as part of the CPO function. The global team is responsible for the end-to-end talent journey, including Early Careers, Resourcing, capability development, talent development, DEI and Employee experience.

About your role :

This role will help accelerate delivery of crucial enhancements in our talent and performance management policies and practices. In particular, the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Coordinate tasks, documentation, and timelines to support talent and performance processes across the business.

  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and preparing materials for succession planning, talent reviews, and development programs.

  • Support performance management cycles by monitoring completion rates, answering queries, and coordinating communications and training.

  • Review tools, templates, and processes to identify practical improvements and support consistency across teams.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in CPO and beyond to share updates, distribute resources, and ensure accurate use of dashboards and insights.

  • Gather feedback from managers and employees to help refine and enhance talent and performance processes.

About you :

  • Interest in how talent and performance management help achieve business goals.

  • Strong attention to details, communication and coordination skills.

  • Experience supporting continuous improvement by helping implement new processes.

  • HR experience with a basic understanding of how talent practices support people and business goals.

  • Awareness of the talent lifecycle from hiring through development, mobility, and retention.

  • Ability to clearly communicate talent concepts to stakeholders.

  • Collaborative, with experience working across teams to deliver shared outcomes.
