Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (ReactJS) to design and develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes. This role is open to candidates with relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and related frontend technologies
- Build reusable UI components and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 46 years of professional experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar
- Familiarity with frontend build tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel
- Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
- Understanding of responsive design principles and browser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is an advantage
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred
- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering concepts
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment environments
- Understanding of accessibility standards and frontend security best practices
