YOUR ROLE
We are hiring a French Speaker with motivation to learn more about AML to join our team in Lisbon or Porto (on-site work).
Your main responsabilities you will be:
- Conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) investigations, assessing risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform in-depth analysis of clients, transactions, counterparties, and ownership structures to identify potential financial crime risks.
- Prioritize and manage cases according to risk levels and escalation deadlines.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and evidence-based investigation reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and process optimization.
YOUR PROFILE
- Recend graduate in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC principles, compliance practices, and banking regulations.
- Ability to conduct investigations, assess risks, and identify suspicious activities or financial crime indicators.
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to work on-site (Lisbon or Porto).
