YOUR ROLE

  • Lead end-to-end fleet quality assurance across automotive supply chain operations, ensuring quality, cost, service, and compliance targets are achieved. Establish and enforce quality governance, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and damage prevention initiatives.
  • Manage claims processes, supplier compliance, and stakeholder performance.
  • Lead quality assurance, inspection, and analytics teams while enabling performance visibility through reporting and insights.
  • Support capability development, training, and operational excellence across fleet quality functions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in automotive logistics, fleet operations, or quality management. Strong expertise in fleet quality governance, damage prevention, claims management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading teams and delivering operational and quality KPIs. Proficiency with Excel, fleet tracking/telematics systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
