YOUR ROLE
Your tasks
- Communicate with international B2B customers (email/phone)
- Receive, verify, and enter orders into the ERP system
- Confirm availability and delivery dates with DRP
- Monitor order status and manage changes
- Coordinate shipments to international markets
- Organize air, sea, and road transport
- Prepare export and customs documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, export, or B2B order management
- Knowledge of international transport (sea/air/road)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach
