Job Description

As an Engineering Delivery Manager for Vehicular Integration, you will serve as the technical project leader, driving the end-to-end delivery of complex vehicular systems with a focus on quality, schedule, and cost.

You will play a key role in:

  • Defining and owning the engineering delivery strategy for vehicular integration projects, developing clear roadmaps that balance innovation with execution across electrical, mechanical, and system architecture workstreams.
  • Leading electrical harness design activities, ensuring routing, connectivity, and EMC compliance meet all system requirements, while overseeing mechanical integration challenges such as space constraints, thermal management, and structural compatibility.
  • Managing system architecture definition, including hardware/software interfaces, communication protocols, and power distribution, ensuring coherence across all engineering disciplines.
  • Coordinating cross-functional engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, and software), under a shared vision, serving as the primary technical interface with Project Managers, Design Authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing large BOM management, including multi-supplier coordination, obsolescence mitigation, and cost control, while anticipating and managing technical, schedule, and financial risks through data-driven KPIs.

Your Profile

    • Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred)
    • 7+ years of experience in technical project management or multi-disciplinary engineering leadership, with a proven focus on vehicular integration, including electrical harness design, mechanical integration, system architecture, and IVVQ processes.
    • Strong background in vehicular systems integration and a passion for delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
    • Strong technical proficiency in electrical harness design (routing, EMC compliance), mechanical integration (thermal management, weight distribution), system architecture (hardware/software interfaces, communication protocols), and BOM management tools and methodologies.
    • Experience working within defense, aerospace, or security sectors is highly valued, combined with knowledge of Agile methodologies and process-driven engineering execution.
    • A collaborative leader and effective communicator, able to mentor engineers, translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans, and drive accountability across diverse, cross-functional teams.
    • Fluent in English and French
