Your role

We're looking for an Energy & Process HVAC Engineer Analyst to provide analytical expertise across heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects. You'll use energy modelling, process heating assessments, and carbon analysis to evaluate technical solutions, support investment decisions, and help deliver sustainable, cost-effective outcomes for complex industrial and manufacturing environments.

  • Develop energy models and analyse process heat demand.
  • Assess heat pump performance, carbon savings, and energy efficiency opportunities.
  • Conduct techno-economic assessments and support business case development.
  • Provide recommendations to improve energy performance and support decarbonisation goals.

Your profile

You'll be a degree-qualified Mechanical, Energy, or Environmental Engineer with experience in energy modelling and performance analysis. With a strong understanding of industrial heating systems and carbon reduction principles, you'll be comfortable using data and technical insight to support decarbonisation strategies, evaluate investment opportunities, and improve energy efficiency.

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical, Energy, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in energy modelling and performance assessment.
  • Knowledge of industrial heating systems and energy efficiency technologies.
  • Understanding of carbon accounting and decarbonisation principles.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
