YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented and driven Deputy Agile Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Support the Creative Lead in developing clear, inspiring creative direction for campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to concept development across digital, social, events, motion, and internal communication assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with Capgeminis brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Partner with marketers, solution teams, campaign managers, and global stakeholders to understand briefs and align expectations.
- Manage feedback loops and ensure smooth communication between creative teams and business partners.
- Represent the agency in conversations around scoping, timelines, and production feasibility.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong understanding of creative production across design, copy, video, and digital formats.
- Ability to review and refine creative work with clarity and empathy.
- Experience managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Strong communication, stakeholdermanagement, and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with creative tools, assetmanagement platforms, and agile ways of working.
