Your Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team within the Technology organization. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end global deployments of customer products, ensuring optimal configuration aligned with client requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter expert, contributing to seamless delivery and enhanced client experience.
Your Profile
- Manage end-to-end deployment of customer products, including OBT and approval workflows
- Create and maintain deployment checklists, project plans, and implementation documentation
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot systems including travel policy, pricing, and PNRs
- Collaborate with Implementation, Service Delivery, Commercial, Product Development, and Support teams
- Provide regular updates to management on implementation progress and participate in weekly governance meetings
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide functional/technical consultation during deployments
- Identify, escalate, and resolve critical issues, including discrepancies between global and local requirements
- Support technical decision-making and contribute to solution design and implementation specifications
- Prioritize workload effectively while operating in a matrix environment
- Demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual thinking to solve complex problems
