Your role

We are seeking a Data Steward to support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. The role focuses on improving data ownership, consistency and business trust in data assets across multiple business domains.

Your tasks

  • Maintain and improve data governance processes and standards.
  • Support business teams in defining critical data assets.
  • Manage business glossaries, metadata and data ownership structures.
  • Ensure consistent use of business definitions across domains.
  • Work closely with Data Governance, Data Quality and business teams.
  • Support data stewardship frameworks and governance adoption.
  • Monitor compliance with data standards and policies

Your profile

  • 35+ years of experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis or Data Management.
  • Understanding of data stewardship and governance principles.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and data owners.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining business glossaries and metadata repositories.
  • Fluent English.
  • Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdask or Wrocaw.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks.
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Experience within enterprise transformation programs.
