Your Role
As a Data Scientist at Capgemini, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI, machine learning, and optimization solutions that help clients enhance business performance and accelerate digital transformation. Working within cross-functional teams, you will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen to solve complex analytical challenges, translate data into actionable insights, and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
At this level, you are expected to independently manage defined workstreams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and play an active role in delivering high-quality analytics products while continuously expanding your technical and consulting capabilities.
- Drive real business impact by applying AI, machine learning, and optimization solutions to solve complex pricing and revenue challenges.
- Collaborate with diverse, high-performing teams across data science, engineering, and business functions to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions.
- Work with leading-edge technologies including Azure, Databricks, MLOps, and advanced analytics platforms in a cloud-first environment.

Your Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on Data Science experience delivering production-grade ML solutions across model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Strong programming and data engineering foundation in Python, SQL, Spark/Delta, and modern cloud-based data science platforms such as Azure ML and Databricks.
- Strong understanding of experimental design, statistical testing, and causal inferencebasics.
- Expertise in predictive modeling and forecasting including pricing optimization, demand forecasting, elasticity modeling, and revenue-focused analytics.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights; skilled instakeholder alignment and cross-functional communication.
- Experience with MLOps and scalable AI delivery, including MLflow, model monitoring, feature management, CI/CD practices, and deployment of API or batch-scoring solutions.
