YOUR PROFILE:

In this role you will participate with a Top Banking Client in the support, enhancement, and operational stability of enterprise data warehouse platforms supporting critical banking products and analytics workloads. Responsible for technical leadership, incident management, platform reliability, and mentoring engineering teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational support for ETL and Data Warehouse environments.
  • Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Review solution designs and support implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Coach engineering teams and establish operational best practices.
  • Support cloud modernization initiatives across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, data controls, and change management processes.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ year os experience
  • Experience in ETL and Data Ingestion processes
  • Experience in Python, Pyspark
  • Experience in Databases DataStage, DB2, BigQuery, Dataproc
  • Experience in Cloud Composer (GCP)
  • Experience in Data Warehouse Operations, Incident Management, Production Support, Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management
  • Conversational English
