YOUR ROLE
- Lead and manage Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance Hardening, and Threat Intelligence operations across the organization.
- Ensure comprehensive asset coverage, vulnerability assessments, and timely reporting of security risks.
- Drive risk-based vulnerability prioritization using asset criticality, exploitability, and exposure metrics.
- Improve compliance posture by conducting policy compliance assessments and infrastructure hardening reviews.
- Monitor emerging cyber threats, analyze threat intelligence, and support proactive threat response initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage escalations, and provide executive-level reporting and insights.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4-6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Management tools such as Qualys VMDR or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, policy compliance, security hardening, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity operations.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks and platforms such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Mandiant, or Recorded Future.
- Understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and application security concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications in Qualys VMDR, Policy Compliance, or equivalent tools are mandatory.
- Security+ or CEH certifications are preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
