Your Role

The Consultant, Advertising Producer is a hands-on client delivery role responsible for managing and producing integrated projects across motion, social, digital and content. This role sits at the intersection of project management and production owning timelines, budgets, coordination and delivery, while remaining close to the work and execution.

Youll work closely with creatives, account teams, clients and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly from brief through to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, quick to learn and comfortable being client-facing.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Plan, develop and deliver integrated advertising, marketing and content campaigns across video, social, digital and content channels to support sales and business growth objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, scopes, budgets and workflows, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget aligned to client requirements.
  • Translate creative and client briefs into clear production plans, coordinating all stages from pre-production and shoot management through to post-production and final delivery.
  • Coordinate production activities including shoots, scheduling, call sheets, approvals, asset management, versioning and platform-specific deliverables.
  • Brief, manage and coordinate external suppliers such as production companies, editors, post-production partners and freelancers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Conduct market and consumer research, analyse data and trends, and provide insights to inform marketing strategy, campaign development and commercial decision-making.

Your Profile

  • 35 years experience in a project management, production or hybrid role within an agency, consultancy, studio or production environment.
  • Experience working across motion, digital, social and content production.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of production workflows across pre-production, production and post.
  • Experience working with budgets, timelines and suppliers.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management with C-Suite.
