  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special activities, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination.
  • Deliver a high level of hospitality and customer service to clients, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate event schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Monitor event operations and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the participant experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with local and international stakeholders.
