YOUR ROLE

Were looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team in Lisbon, where youll contribute to delivering high-quality financial services and support to our clients.

Your main responsabilities will be:

  • Ensure financial and operational management of client activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, and billing monitoring.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring proper system setup, documentation, and reporting configuration.
  • Perform second-level controls on operational processes to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reporting, risk management, and process optimization.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • 3 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Good knowledge of Middle Office operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and rigor
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively
  • Availability to work in Lisbon
