Your Role

• Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, shortpays, disputes, highrisk overdue items;
• Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;
• Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation;
• Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledgesharing workshops;
• Preparing operational reports such as aging, dispute logs, reconciliation summaries;
• Acting as the escalation point for internal teams and clients.

Your Profile

• Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation;
• Good command of spoken and written English and German - minimum B2 level;
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities;
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools;
• Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues;
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes.
