Job Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Drive RFQ and compare received quotes
• Select suppliers based on given criteria, achieve best cost and terms and condition
• Monitor the process and communicate risks and opportunities with Stakeholders and/or other functions
• Closely cooperate with peers and other functions to actively support process improvements
• Manage purchase orders - from purchase request creations and review through sending to the supplier till final delivery and payment
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures and process flow, DTPs and other relevant documentation guidance
• Contribute to vendor assessment process based on given criteria

Requirements:

• Proven purchasing experience min. 5 years
• Self-starter and motivated to work in highly dynamic and changing environment
• Fast learner with openminded approach and proactive attitude
• Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Analytical skill with problem-solving attitude and attention to details
• Results orientated and right priorities setting ability
• Analytical data management skills
• Very good organization skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including excel pivot tables and complex formulas
• Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or any other sourcing systems will be an asset

Work Set-up:

• Full onsite in MOA Complex, Pasay City
• Training in Rosario, Cavite (lodging TBC)
• Day shift but may change based on business needs
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Service to market is Philippines
