As a Business Analyst with AI, you will play a key role in bridging business vision with technological innovation. You will help our clients discover where AI can truly add value, translate complex needs into actionable solutions, and guide them through their AI journey from initial idea to implementation.

YOUR TASKS
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for leveraging AI
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Define AI use cases and support solution design
Analyze processes, systems, and data to assess readiness for AI adoption
Document requirements (user stories, processes, data models)
Support project teams across the full solution lifecycle (SDLC)
Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, and communication between business and technical teams
Work closely with architects, developers, data engineers, and data scientists
Support testing (QA/UAT) and solution deployments
Ensure data quality and understand its role in AI projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar role
Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
Understanding of data & AI fundamentals (e.g., ML, LLMs, automation)
Awareness of the importance of data quality, governance, and architecture in AI projects
Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Very good command of English
Nice to have
Experience in data- or AI-related projects
Knowledge of SQL or working with data
Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments
Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or process modeling tools
Experience in digital transformation initiatives
