Job Description

The Senior Consultant is a client-facing expert responsible for leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise application solutions, with a particular focus on data integrations and custom development. The role combines strategic advisory, solution architecture and hands-on technical leadership to help clients modernise, stabilise and extend business-critical systems.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead technical and functional consulting engagements across Oracle technology, including upgrades, customisations, integrations, reporting and application support.
  • Provide senior advisory support to stakeholders on application architecture, data quality, system performance, security and operational resilience.
  • Design and oversee data conversion, migration and remediation activities, including controlled batch and individual data corrections.
  • Develop and govern Oracle-based customisations, reports and integrations using SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, OAF, XML Gateway and web services.
  • Diagnose and resolve critical incidents, performance issues and technology-version compatibility risks in live enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with client business teams, project leadership and technical specialists; mentor consultants and raise delivery standards across the team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related technical role, with 15+ Experience with Oracle technologies.
  • Extensive consulting and software-delivery experience, including long-term responsibility for enterprise systems and client-facing project roles.
  • Deep Oracle EBS expertise across Financials and related module is advantage
  • Strong technical capability in SQL and PL/SQL, supported by experience with Java, C/C++, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle APEX, OAF and Oracle Discoverer.
  • Proven record of supporting implementations, application upgrades, localisation, acquisitions and organisational-change migrations for multinational and public-sector clients.
  • Practical expertise in data integration, reporting automation, data quality optimisation and real time data integrations.
  • Relevant Oracle professional certifications are expected.
