YOUR ROLE:

As a Design Change Coordinator, you will work with a top client in the Automotive industry, you´ll own the end-to-end performance of the Design Change Coordination (DCC) process lane, ensuring stable execution, data integrity, and on-time adoption of engineering and design changes.

Your main activities will be:
-Own a complete Design Change Coordination lane, includint intake, impact analysis, coordination, execution, validation and closure of design changes.
-Define prioritization logic and manage execution trade-offs (speed vs accuracy, inventory risk vs adoption timing) to maintain operational stability.

-Lead complex impact analysis across BOMs, plants programs, suppliers, inventory and logistics, ensuring feasible and risk-mitigated adoption scenarios.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering operations, supply chain execution, change management, or related.
  • Experience owning process performance, managing execution trade-offs, and leading cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience in Engineering and supply chain enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, BOM, configuration management.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics tools for KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, and perfomance management.
  • Workflow, audit and document managemen tools to support traceability and compliance.
  • Collaboration tools for cross-functional leadership and supplier coordination
  • Advanced English Communication
  • Willing to work onsite in Aguascalientes.
