You'll be part of a diverse, innovative team where your expertise genuinely matters and where every integration challenge is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Your Role

As an M&A IT Integration - Application Specialist, you will play a key role in documenting, rationalising, and managing the application landscape of newly acquired entities, ensuring their successful migration into our GBS standard application environment.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Collaborating with GBS Standard Application teams to provide accurate estimates, timelines, and integration roadmaps for application migration programmes
  • Documenting application workflows, dependencies, and processes to support all integration stakeholders and ensure transparency across the programme
  • Managing deliverables and providing regular executive summaries to key business and IT stakeholders, clearly communicating the impact of migration activities on day-to-day business operations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate business and IT functional areas, acting as the key point of contact across the full spectrum of application ownership for both acquiring and acquired teams

  • Proven ability to document and analyse application workflows, dependencies, and processes, with the capacity to translate technical detail into clear business-facing communication
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications and familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems, with knowledge of direct/employee benefits and products considered a strong asset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior business leaders across complex, multi-party programmes
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an application specialist, IT integration, or related role, with a track record of delivering within structured project or programme environments
