Your Role

Design, develop, and implement APIs using Apigee Edge or Apigee XConfigure and manage API proxies, policies, and productsDevelop reusable API components and shared flowsImplement security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, and encryptionIntegrate backend services (REST, SOAP, microservices, cloud services)Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiencyWork with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of APIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, backend developers, and DevOpsEnsure adherence to API governance, standards, and best practicesProvide documentation for APIs and technical processes

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Proven experience in Apigee (Edge, Hybrid, or Apigee X)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
  • Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
  • Experience implementing API security (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
