As the XMO Analytics Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing digital employee experience data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations, and supporting Experience Management Office (XMO) initiatives and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs). • Analyze XMO data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
• Support the definition, measurement, and reporting of Experience Level Agreements (XLAs)
• Translate business and experience-related needs into analytical use cases
• Collaborate with Experience Managers, DEM Tool SMEs, and XMO stakeholders to deliver insights
• Identify patterns and root causes to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of analytics outputs
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 57 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within Experience Management, Workplace, or IT environments.
• Proven experience in delivering data-driven insights and supporting business decision-making.
• In-depth understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in various data analytics and visualization tools, including Power BI and Excel.
