Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de QA Pleno apaixonado(a) por qualidade de software, automação de testes e melhoria contínua. O profissional será responsável por liderar iniciativas de qualidade em projetos estratégicos, atuando desde a definição da estratégia de testes até a execução, automação, análise de resultados e reporte para stakeholders.
Responsabilidades:
- Experiência como Analista de Testes (planejamento, execução e report).
- Atuar com automação (Robot, Selenium, Playwright, APIs).
- Garantir qualidade, cobertura de testes e melhoria contínua.
- Interagir com times ágeis e stakeholders.
Requisitos:
- Experiência em QA.
- Java ou Python + automação de testes.
- Experiência com Robot Framework.
- Scrum, JIRA e GitHub.
- Inglês Avançado / fluente.
Diferenciais:
- ISTQB CTFL.
