Sr-ADAS Fleet Logistics lead-Sr | Remote

Lead the cross-location operation of the global ADAS test vehicle fleet and maximize vehicle availability. Coordinate Flying Engineers, subcontractors, repair activities, troubleshooting, logistics, and escalations so that vehicles return to data-collection operations as quickly and safely as possible.

YOUR ROLE

Own the consolidated operational view of fleet readiness, utilization, downtime, and vehicle status across locations.

Coordinate Flying Engineers based on incidents, repair priorities, and site needs.

Drive clarification and execution with subcontractors, workshops, suppliers, and local fleet teams.

Accelerate troubleshooting, repair, validation, and return-to-road activities.

Establish clear ownership and escalation paths for vehicle incidents and recurring defects.

Monitor repair lead times, blocked vehicles, spare-part dependencies, and operational risks.

Coordinate deployment plans, vehicle movements, maintenance windows, and service activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable fleet governance, safety, and operational requirements.

Provide consolidated fleet KPIs, issue logs, decisions, and escalation needs directly to program leadership.

Identify recurring failure patterns and initiate preventive measures with engineering and supplier teams.
