Your Role
Serve as the main point of contact for all security-related matters within the client account.
- Implement and enforce Capgeminis cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures for the client engagement.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security reviews to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats to the clients information assets.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific security requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations (
- Coordinate incident response activities and manage security incidents, including investigation, reporting, and remediation.
- Liaise with Capgeminis Group and Business Unit security teams to ensure alignment and escalation of critical issues.
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to account teams and client stakeholders.
- Prepare and present security reports, metrics, and dashboards to both Capgemini and client leadership.
- Support audits and certification processes as required by the client or regulatory bodies.
- Continuously monitor the threat landscape and recommend improvements to the clients security posture.
Your Profile
Demonstrated experience in information security management, ideally within client-facing in GRC roles.
Comprehensive understanding of client-specific security requirements, including:
- Contractual security clauses
- Due diligence processes
- Data residency and sovereignty obligations
- Sector-specific controls
- Third-party risk management
- In-depth knowledge of key industry standards, such as:
- ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, ISO/IEC 27701
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- ASD Essential Eight
- Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM)
- APRA CPS 234
- Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Familiarity with regulatory and legislative obligations, including:
- Cyber Security Act 2024
- Privacy Act 1988 and Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) Scheme
- SOCI Act
- Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
- Experience with government and defence security frameworks, including:
- Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
- Defence Industry Security Program (DISP), including alignment with Essential Eight, ISM, and ISO 27001
