Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to drive the organization's cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. The role will be responsible for strengthening the security posture, managing security incidents, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, customer, and organizational security requirements.

  • Establish and implement a governance and policy framework aligned with Group policies and applicable local regulations.
  • Proactively monitor cybersecurity risks and emerging threats, conducting risk assessments for internal applications and digital services, as well as annual threat assessments.
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage cybersecurity communication, awareness, and training programs.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with Capgemini's Cybersecurity ISMS Policy and customer contractual requirements, while conducting and supporting security assessments.
  • Track policy exceptions and oversee remediation plans to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead and manage the ISO 27001 certification program and related initiatives.
  • Coordinate customer-requested cybersecurity audits and ensure appropriate remediation actions are identified and implemented.
  • Support engagement teams, accounts, and procurement functions in assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Manage cybersecurity incidents, lead remediation efforts, and represent the organization during crisis management and communication activities.
  • Monitor and report on cybersecurity Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve security performance across the unit

Your Profile

  • Cybersecurity professional certification such as CISM/ CGRC, ISO27001/ISO42001 - Lead Auditor
  • Proven track record on implementation of frameworks such as APRA CPS234, CPS230, ISO27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS
