Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and solving the software solutions, infrastructure and services that powers technology platforms. In this role, you will work with a team of engineers and participants to ensure that the digital solutions are highly available, scalable, and secure and will be responsible for automating routine tasks, improving the solution's performance, and providing technical support to other teams.

In this role You will:

  • Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of large-scale, cloud-based applications and infrastructure

  • Creating solutions to improve operational aspects of the site

  • Ensure that applications and websites run smoothly and efficiently

  • Detect issues and manage failures to keep systems up and running

  • Work with software developers, engineers, and operations teams to improve system performance

  • Analyze incidents to prevent future disruptions

What You will need to be successful:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments

  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

  • Solid background in software development (Python, Java, Go, or similar) and scripting

  • Experience managing large-scale systems and resolving incidents

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

  • Ability to build and maintain secure, scalable systems

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable criteria:

  • Cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS/Azure)

  • Experience with distributed systems and production environments
