Join our Castrol Team and advance your career as a Senior Lubes Invoicing Business Support Representative (CASTROL) fix term

Invoicing Business Support Representative (BSR)s are required to have a deep understanding of Company Customer Policies, processes, the systems and tools to enable them to efficiently support the relevant FBT teams, the Sales - and Sales Support and embedded finance organization. The Invoicing BSRs control and validate invoice or invoice amendment data, ensure that the requested correction is aligned with BP Delegation of Authority, with the companies Company Customer Policies and with any other BP Policy and Procedure. The Invoicing Business Support Representative (BSR)s report as per the issue matrix if any discrepancy in the data or process GAP may be identified. The Invoicing BSRs create corrections in various systems and ensure that those data are correct. The Invoicing BSRs work together with the BP Pricing Organizations to achieve BPs long-term Strategy.

In this role You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for written customer and internal enquiries
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service while meeting KPIs and SLAs
  • Manage queries end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Track, log, and follow up on requests, escalating where needed
  • Maintain accurate data and provide reliable information using internal systems
  • Handle invoicing processes, including amendments, corrections, and error monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and approval processes
  • Support reporting and contribute to team and business targets
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams

What You will need to be successful:

  • University degree (BSc or MSc or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
  • A few years customer service experience with a passion for delivering great results
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Confident in handling multiple tasks and challenging deadlines
