Job Summary:

The Inventory Analyst at BP Business Sol (HC) is responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to efficient financial reporting through robust analytical skills and an understanding of accounting policies and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

* Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures related to inventory management.
* Participate in the design and implementation of business process controls for inventory.
* Contribute to financial reporting accuracy by providing insightful inventory analysis.
* Utilize digital tools and automation to streamline inventory processes and enhance data analysis capabilities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory forecasting and demand planning.
* Conduct internal control and compliance checks related to inventory operations.
* Support customer-centric initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely inventory information.

Job Qualifications:

* Proven experience in inventory analysis or a related financial role.
* Strong understanding of accounting policy, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
