Job Responsibilities:

* Apply Agility core practices and use Agility tools to optimize order management workflows and processes.
* Conduct Business Requirements Analysis to identify and implement improvements in order management systems and procedures.
* Contribute to Category Strategy development by providing insights from order management data and market intelligence.
* Demonstrate Digital Proficiency in using various digital platforms and tools to improve order management efficiency.
* Influence internal and external collaborators to drive alignment and partnership on order fulfillment initiatives.
* Lead and support the Management of change related to order management processes and system implementations.
* Engage in Negotiating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve order-related issues and optimize terms.
* Conduct detailed Negotiation planning to achieve favorable outcomes in supplier and vendor discussions.
* Apply Product and market intelligence to anticipate demand fluctuations and proactively manage order pipelines.
* Practice effective Stakeholder Management to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal groups.
* Oversee and improve Supplier Relationship Manageme practices to ensure reliable and efficient supply chains.

Job Qualifications:6-10 Year experience

* Proven experience in order management or a related supply chain role.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices and relevant Agility tools.
* Strong Business Acumen with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable order management strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills for Business Requirements Analysis.
* Ability to contribute to and understand Category Strategy.
* High level of Digital Fluency in enterprise systems and digital collaboration tools.
* Exceptional Influencing and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in Management of change within an operational environment.
* Proficient in Negotiating and skilled in Negotiation planning.
* Ability to capture and interpret Product and market intelligence.
* Strong capabilities in Partner Management and building collaborative relationships.
* Experience with Supplier Relationship Management standard processes.
