We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Senior Recruiter to join our People Team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals.
  • Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process.
  • Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Provide insights and market intelligence to hiring leaders to help inform talent strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting processes, systems, and tools.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required with 5-7 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR, may have supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholders.
  • Comfort using AI and data-driven tools in the recruiting process, from sourcing to assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently.
  • Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation.
  • Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
