As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping our teams across the region, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience—all while working in one of our strategic global hubs! 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume, end to end recruiting processes for Brazil clients.
  • Build robust talent pipelines using multiple channels.
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones.
  • Track key recruiting metrics & collaborate on smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with other HR related areas to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain pipeline velocity.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring processes and forecasts.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/ training.
  • +4 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition at a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
