Job Title: Vice President, Business Analyst

Location: 525 Washington Boulevard, Suite 600, Jersey City, NJ 07310

Duties: Interact daily with Business (sales, Products, traders) and support functions (IT Business Analysts, Operation and Application Support). Formalize functional requirements for internal or external/vendor development teams. Knowledge in Electronic trading flow including executing, post trade allocation, clearing are mandatory for this role. Test and validate new functionalities (unit + non-regression testing)

delivered in order management system [Fidessa], Post trade allocation system [Teo], and obtain sign off from Stakeholders. Coordinate all aspects of the deliveries (development, follow up of deployment procedures). Lead meetings or workshops with our internal or external partners. Be involved in post go live validation & warranty period as level 3 support. Play a role in US teams growth. *Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC Inc. office in Jersey City, NJ.

SALARY: $150,550.00 USD to $205,000.00 USD/ year. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as experience level, location of role, etc. Our benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) Savings Plan, backup childcare, life, accident and disability insurance, mental health support and paid time off. Additional details about our benefits offerings, inclusive of eligibility for a discretionary bonus, will be provided during the hiring process.

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and ten (10) years of experience in job offered or related role OR no degree and twelve (12) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have ten (10) years of experience (or 12 years with no degree) with Post-trade processes MO/BO flows. Must have ten (10) years of experience with: IT Project management; IT Business Analyst; Software development lifecycle knowledge; Listed Derivatives knowledge; Trading lifecycle in derivatives; Oracle SQL developer; Client relationship management experience; Designing software applications and architecture; and Knowledge of clearing system (UBIX). Must have nine (9) years of experience with: Margin and collateral management. Must have eight (8) years of experience with: Technical background (software development, scripts shell, Unix). Must have one (1) year of experience with: Fix protocol and Fix allocation flow; Trading algos knowledge; and IT Finance industry as Front Office Business Analyst with some QA experience.
