About the job

  • The Referential SSI Officers main mission is to perform Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) data maintenance in the systems within the team scope

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage and support Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) setup requests sent by the several teams within Settlement Systems Departments, including client reach out by phone and email, ensuring the information provided is complete and in accordance with the client details and with defined procedures and Compliance rules
  • Contribute and participate to any automation and efficiency project within the team
  • Contribute to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensure smooth and proactive relationship with all stakeholders involved in the processes
  • Ensure smooth implementation of new processes, controls and policies within the team in order to reduce the risk of incidents and improve the quality of the settlement instruction stock added into each system

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
  • Great team spirit with the ability to pass on knowledge 
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process with a result driven mindset and an analytical approach
