CEFS IT Functions is an IT team responsible for delivering HR solutions for CIB across AMER, EMEA and APAC.

This includes development and maintenance of IT systems which are internally developed, vendor supplied on premise or SaaS products. These cover all HR processes including HR Onboarding and maintaining the employee data. Platform responsible for Employee Journey Onboarding, Leaves, Allowance, documentation, letter distribution, Exit, capturing audit trails and being golden source for employee information. Position Purpose

         As the senior business analyst in the team you will be expected to be a role model a dynamic team delivering high quality solutions. You will play a crucial role in aligning standards and processes across a global team working on multiple applications. The Oracle Cloud HCM Business Analyst serves as the bridge between HR business functions and the technology team, driving the successful design, configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across Core HR, Recruitment, Self Service and its relation with Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Learning modules to translate business needs into functional specifications, system configurations, test plans, training materials, and post go live support.

Responsibilities

         Document Functional specifications, BRD, FSD, processes, acceptance criteria and use cases diagrams.

         Connecting with the HR business stakeholders to understand the business problem, strategy, constraints and work collaboratively to deliver a roadmap that ensures the overall HR vision is met via workshops

         Conduct gap analysis, provide impact assessments, and make recommendations that offer workable, efficient options to users.

         Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their true business needs and define business requirements using the BNPP Agile framework and Jira tools.

         Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts on Agile and Scrum practices

         Prepare EPIC and User Story requirements with a focus on documented acceptance criteria.

         Review QA test plans, test strategies, drive UAT and sign offs.

         Promote best practice and common standards across all relevant teams.

         Build training curricula, user guides for HR endusers and administrators.

         Support the rollout plan, including communication, pilot groups, and postgolive hypercare.

Contributing Responsibilities

         Translate functional requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configuration (e.g., Fast Formulas, Business Rules, Value Sets, Eligibility Rules, Role Hierarchies) with hands-on.

         Design endtoend HR processes (HiretoRetire) across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management, and SelfService.

         Create and maintain configuration documentation, design diagrams, and data flow maps.

         Participate in Design discussions, test, and maintain HR applications, including customizations and enhancements.

         Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS, and take the lead to implement these changes.

         Provide support for HCM, including researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

         7 - 9 years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst or HRMS Analyst, with at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or upgrades project experience.

         Proven track record of delivering fullcycle HCM projects (requirements design build test deploy hypercare).

         Preferred experience of working in upgrade projects from PeopleSoft HRMS to Oracle HCM cloud for core hr, payroll, absence and benefit vendor solutions.

         Understanding of technology obsolescence, vulnerabilities, compliance risk, application inventory including DR, RTO/RPO etc.
