As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. Junior Specialist in Trade Capture

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
  • 02 years of experience in securities operations, custody, fund administration, or related banking/financial services role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Service oriented mindset with the ability to respond to client inquiries promptly (within servicelevel agreements).
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment; open to coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional language proficiency (e.g., French, German) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily BAU tasks and follow the teams checklist.
  • Monitor the team mailbox and reply to all internal/external queries within 24 hours.
  • Produce and distribute daily reports (checklist, KPI, performance metrics).
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent delays.
  • Track and followup on document receipts to ensure completeness.
  • Use phone (and group calls) for proactive communication and rapid issue resolution.
  • Keep procedures and checklists uptodate; flag any gaps or discrepancies to management immediately.
  • Create/maintain process documentation together with senior colleagues.
  • Coach new hires, participate in onboarding of clients/products, and support crossdepartmental teams.
  • Escalate system incidents or extraordinary events, attend incident meetings, and drive preventive actions.
