Investment Compliance Junior Specialist
Requirements:
- Basic financial knowledge and willingness to broaden it;
- Dedication and engagement;
- Accuracy and detail orientation;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure of time (capable to work with strict deadlines);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in English (B2/C1)
Responsibilities:
- Administer overall aspects of depositary matters e.g. the preparation of asset confirmation, reconciliation, ongoing monitoring and oversight of the Fund and Fund Manager - ensuring controls and procedures adequate and are being adhered to, ensuring the fund is being managed in accordance with the fund documentation;
- Perform day-to-day operations linked to the requirements as stipulated in AIFMD and UCITS V Directives;
- Perform relevant controls using dedicated IT tools or others specified sources and checklists;
- Analyse and document specified inconsistencies. Identify and qualify any breaches including their origin based on the relevant internal procedures;
- Guarantee the escalation of issues to direct manager.
