To support our ongoing growth, we are seeking an Insurance Specialist (all genders) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

YOUR ROLE: WHAT AWAITS YOU

  • Support the sales organization with expert knowledge for selling our insurance solutions and products to clients
  • Assistance with various administrative tasks related to insurance matters
  • Database maintenance and ensuring data quality
  • Develop sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Ensure analysis and procurement of insurance services through groupinternal insurers, brokers, or external insurance companies
  • Analyzing, evaluating and optimization of existing insurance contracts and related services as well as preparation of related reports
  • Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g., colleagues from other departments) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, insurers, lawyers, workshops)
  • Optional additional tasks such as participation in a task force, optimization projects, or keyuser activities
  • Support for IDD training organization and delivery to all internal stakeholders, in cooperation with external organizers and insurance partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Completed University degree in economics/business or Finance
  • 3+ years of relevant professional insurance experience, ideally in FSI
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • Structured, analytical approach combined with a high sense of responsibility
  • Hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
