About the Job

  • Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) & Private Debt Financing. SPG works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes.

Your Main Activities Are

Credit Management of the securitisation portfolio:

        Create and update credit memos for new and existing transactions, and participate in credit committees

        Monitor transaction performance, update and review quarterly performance and watchlist reports

        Understand and ensure compliance with evolving internal credit and rating methodologies

        Analyse and assess the non-financial risks associated with the transactions

Portfolio Management of the securitisation portfolio:

        Maintain portfolio reports including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, budgeting and forecasting for P&L (Profit and Loss), capital, and liquidity

        Onboarding in new deals in portfolio monitoring platform

        Review and contribute to regulatory capital calculation of GSP transactions

Contribute to Transversal Projects:

        Maintain and update internal policies and procedures; implement new or revised risk policies and related tools.

        Help improve portfolio management and monitoring tools and processes, increasing the teams productivity through automation and efficiency measures.

        Liaise with IT and other stakeholders for improvement of AFS tools; assist in testing updated tools

Profile and Skills for Success 

        Masters degree from a business school or engineering school with specialisation in finance

        Fluency in English and excellent communication skills

        Proficient use of Excel

        Great team spirit and ability to collaborate with others

        Attention to detail with an analytical approach and ability to synthesise complex information
