Job Title: Assistant Vice President Cloud Support

Department: IT Production Tech Office & Expertise 

About Business line/Function: 

The candidate will be part of a multi-regional CIB ITO-Production team located in EMEA (Paris/Madrid) APAC (Singapore) and AMER (Montreal) which is providing support on all CIB products and Services consumed over BNPP internal marketplace and deployed on different clouds (internal and IBM).The role of this team is mainly to help our customers to consume these CIB products and services (facilitate the cloud onboarding) and helping CIB Product Owners to create/configure their products/services in the Marketplace

Position Purpose: 

The candidate will work closely with CIB Robotic and Infra services team, Marketplace group developments, other Digital Platform teams (CIB POs), and Move2Cloud team to:

           Help ensure customers consume CIB products and services within the Marketplace,

           Help CIB POs to develop their offer in the Marketplace and clarify the roadmaps

           Participate to incidents analysis related CIB tickets raised from Marketplace,

           Participate to the monitoring of CIB products and services availability in MP for our end users 

           Participate to evaluate Marketplace front-end releases impacts on CIB products and services

           Follow-up bug fix (Incidents) implementation and improvement deliveries related to CIB scope with Marketplace team.

           Participate to CIB quality initiative (smartdiag) to improve the global automation chain, and global quality of CIB inventories linked to CIB products consumption from Marketplace.
