About the job

  • The Cash Management Solutions Implementation Manager's mission is to guarantee the successful implementation and maintenance of cash management solutions. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor, proactively proposing solutions and anticipating client needs to ensure seamless service delivery. The role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cash management services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and BNP Paribas interests are protected
     

Your Main Activities Are

  • Project Management - Oversee all project phases, from scoping to implementation, maintenance, and support of both standard and complex solutions
  • Client Engagement - Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any issues that arise
  • Client Training - Ensure clients are well-trained on the implemented solutions to maximize their effectiveness
  • Client Satisfaction - Focus on client satisfaction throughout the implementation, post-implementation, and maintenance processes
  • Incident Resolution - Follow up on incident resolution, analyze client feedback, and manage complaints effectively
  • Internal Control - Adhere to the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of work
  • Reporting - Report issues and achievements to management and input relevant items into internal reporting tools.
     

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations, Project Management and Consulting or Client Management
  • Fluent (C1) level of English
  • Organisational skills
  • Client focused
  • Proactivity
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Analytical ability (namely Excel)
