As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.

Administration Specialist


 Requirements:

  • bachelor / masters degree (preferred in Business Administration/Legal/Management/ or similar)
  • fluent written and spoken use of Polish and English
  • previous experience in office/ administration management (min. 2-3 years)
  • good planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • attention to details, analytical skills and tenacity to get things done
  • proactive and problem-solving approach
  • willingness to learn and develop
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • ability to use multitasking skills
  • communication skills & client focus



 Responsibilities:

  • Supervising of business trips management tool, 
  • Administration of BNP Paribas S.A. Branch in Poland management files (e.g. registration documents, power of attorney, e-signatures),
  • Company credits cards management,
  • SAP system vendors creation, 
  • Coordination of local documents archiving and shredding process,
  • Ensuring of administrative support for internal clients,
  • Cooperation with the chosen suppliers,
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of the delivered tasks.
